Basics to Having

This program teaches the learner to understand and answer questions about who has something right now. The learner listens to short, one-sentence “mini stories” such as “Sam has a ball” or “Mia is holding a book” and answers two consistent questions: (1) Who has the ___? (2)What does ___ have? The focus is current possession/control (has/holding/carrying/wearing). This program does not teach ownership yet (no belongs to, no ’s, no Whose?). Mastery means the learner can reliably identify the person and the item across many different examples, names, and objects.
